At 50.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) (101 proof) and non-chill filtered, this sour mash rye is made from a classic high-rye recipe of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, distilled in copper stills and matured for three to four years in 53-gallon charred American oak barrels.
