Jefferson's Reserve Twin Oak Custom Barrel Bourbon

This particular Jefferson's Reserve was released in August 2018, and it was a result of a collaboration with the Independent Stave Company, a family-owned cooperage based in Missouri. To make this unique expression, a 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon is transferred to custom-made charred barrels. These barrels are crafted with grooved staves, allowing for a larger surface area inside the barrel, which imparts distinct flavors to the bourbon.
