2XO The Kiawah Blend

2XO The Kiawah Blend is the fourth small batch release in the Icon Series from Dixon Dedman, produced in Louisville, Kentucky. Bottled at 52% alcohol by volume (ABV), 104 proof, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey combines multiple mash bills, including both low rye and high rye bourbons, along with double-barreled high rye bourbons aged in #3 and #4 char new oak barrels. The Kiawah Blend is inspired by Dixon’s personal retreat, where he spends time with family and friends, bringing together a whiskey that balances richness and spice with depth and complexity.

The Icon Series has achieved strong recognition in the whiskey community, with earlier blends earning awards such as Double Gold and Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Double Platinum at the Ascot Awards, and a 95 rating from The Whiskey Wash. These accolades highlight the consistent success and acclaim of the 2XO brand.

Aroma: Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cedarwood, and rose petals

Palate: Vanilla, oak, clove, lemon, and peppery spice

Finish: Viscous and rich, starting sweet, moving into savory notes, and ending with lingering peppery spice
